Talent Management Specialist

Description - Internal

Help develop and implement talent management policies, guidelines, and procedures. 
Support in the analyses and definition of organizational structures, mapping of 
positions and roles, reporting relationships and responsibilities. 
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas. 
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions and align activities with 
business objectives. 
Help employees set goals with deadlines. 
Work with the business to support the workforce performance management and 
understand the development needs. 
Assist in preparing/designing instructional training materials. 
Prepare training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts 
or visual materials. 
Track and record training activities (Attendance, Evaluation, Certificates delivery, 
pledge signatures). 
Propose different training proposals through contacting external training providers. 
Submit purchase order/request to support the availability of training supplies/ 
materials on ERP. 
Follow up with finance on training providers’ invoice payment. 
Attend Quality Assurance Audits and afford all needed documents. 
Record of training materials prepared by in-house instructors, such as outlines, text, 
or handouts. 

Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs. 
Prepare training expenses reports. 
Schedule training classes based on availability of participants, classrooms, 
equipment, or instructors. 

 

Qualifications - Internal

Experience: from 4 to 6 years
