Full responsibility for the production process to ensure timely delivery of high quality products while directing all manufacturing processes, ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently and on time, to the satisfaction of customers
• Responsible for managing the production departments (injection and filling).
• Responsible for directing and training the production team to achieve the production targets listed in budget while maintaining a safe and healthy working condition.
•Implements production plans, including forecasting orders, scheduling production and arranging production materials.
•Responsible for ensuring that all machinery is operational and operating at full capacity and utilization.
•Controlls the smooth running of basic manufacturing processes.
•Ensures that the production team is able to maintain the production flow as stipulated in the production plan.
•Responsible for controlling Comprehensive on production requirements and problems, (job sequence, updating time sheets, inventory control, quality control, health and safety issues, and maintenance of production equipment in cooperation with maintenance personnel or contractors.
• Responsible for managing production employees, including determining their work schedules, disciplinary matters, identifying their training needs, and developing their professional progress.
• Continuous monitoring of the flow of the production process.
•Preparing daily production reports.
•Reviewing the necessary stock of materials in coordination with the warehouse management.
•Supervising production department supervisors.
•Preparing monthly production plans in coordination with the operating management that represent the goals, programs, quantities and product specifications according to the production capacity of the machines.
-Determining the quantity of raw materials and production needs according to the production plan.
- Inform the purchasing department of all changes in production plans, if any, to supply the necessary quantities of raw materials.
- Meet all quality requirements for production inputs and follow up with quality management to maintain consistent quality.
- Work on developing products as agreed upon with the company management.
- Follow up on maintenance work to ensure that all equipment (machines and auxiliary equipment) are operating effectively to achieve production goals in a timely manner.
- Daily follow-up of production reports with production department heads.
- Maintaining the effectiveness of workflow to achieve management goals through the production team.
- Developing and improving the level of all employees in production management.
- Evaluating the performance of production department heads.
- Contract Regular meetings with heads of production departments as well as the production team to review performance and solve challenges.
-Bachelor's degree in engineering is suitable and preferably in production.-At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing company, including at least 3 years as a production engineer in a plastic factory.-Proficiency in English.-Strong computer skills.- Has problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Knowledge of management by objectives.- Ability to analyze and develop plans that achieve the company's production goals..- Ability to train and develop direct subordinates, and able to work with all levels of employees, and can work in a crowded work environment-Experience in plastic injection
