Job Description:
- Rotational Shift basis 8 hour including 1 hour break
- 1 day off per week
Duties and Responsibility :
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
- Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports
