Call Center Agent

Job Description: 

  • Rotational Shift basis 8 hour including 1 hour break
  • 1 day off per week

Duties and Responsibility : 

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports

Job RequirementsBachelor degree required fresh grads are welcomed.Gender: anyPrevious experience with call center is a must.Excellent communication and presentation skillsEnglish Language proficiency :Excellent
