We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source and screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Handle disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in HR generalist roles.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.
