IT Helpdesk Technician
Location : Heliopolis, Cairo
Work Timings : 9am-5pm
As IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible in providing technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to users
- Provide technical support and assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with user onboarding, account management, and access control.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and enhance system performance.
- Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and applications
QualificationsBachelor degree in computer science or a related field3-6 years of experience in IT support or a related field.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.Basic understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and DNS.Good communication skills
