- Implementing IT strategies under manager direction that support the institution’s educational goals and administrative functions.
- Leading and managing IT projects, ensuring they were delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Identifying, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of educational and administrative processes.
- Analyzing current processes and systems, recommending improvements, and implementing changes under manager directions to streamline operations and improving service delivery.
- Supporting staff by ensuring effective use of IT systems and tools.
- Ensuring IT systems and processes comply with institutional policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generating and presenting regular reports on IT performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives to direct manager.
- Leading initiatives to drive digital transformation across the institution, leveraging technology to improve educational and administrative outcomes.

Educational Qualifications:Desired:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.t.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in an educational institutionTechnical Skills:Strong project management skills.Deep understanding of process mapping & implementation.
