We are seeking a motivated and results-driven "Sales-Engineer" to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and generating new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, attending face-to-face meetings, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and target new potential clients and market segments. Build a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.• Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and effectively communicate our product/service value propositions.• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional support and timely follow-ups. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.• Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.
