- Design and implement business incubation programs tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and startups.
- Create resources and support materials for incubator participants.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, industry experts, and potential investors.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of incubator participants.
- Facilitate access to training and development programs related to business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economic Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.Experience in data analysis and business process improvement.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
