- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory and stock, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting sales revenue.
- Manage store operations, optimize sales and profits, control relevant store costs and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
Working Conditions:
- Weekly Rotation: Employees rotate between morning, day, and afternoon shifts
