ERP Customer Support Specialist

Work as "Accountant Support for our software", and give our customers sufficient support to use our ERP software, efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
  • Answer our customer's questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email or chat.
  • Handling complaints.
  • Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience is a mustVery good in using Excel and Accounting programs is a mustExperience as an Accountant is a big plusCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent soft skills/handling skills
