The Personal Assistant /Administrative assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support, ensuring seamless communication between departments and board members, managing schedules, and facilitating efficient office operations. This individual will be responsible for organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking task completion.
- PA often acts as the senior manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Tasks are likely to include:
- Manage the GM's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and board meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making.
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Senior managers.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism. Excellent in English (Spoken & written).
