Digital Account Manager ( F&B)

This role involves overseeing operational management, client relationships, strategic planning, media buying, and third-party coordination.

Job Description

Overview:

The Account Manager for F&B brands will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent client management skills, operational acumen, and a flair for orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of client accounts, ensuring that all processes align with client objectives and company standards.
  • Streamline workflows and ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of internal processes and suggest improvements.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet them.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Respond promptly to clients’ requests or issues, fostering a client-first culture.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop strategic plans for client accounts, leveraging industry insights and data analysis to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.

Media Buying & Coordination with Third Parties:

  • Oversee media buying activities, ensuring optimal placement and negotiation of media spaces to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including photographers, videographers, and advertising agencies.
  • Ensure all third-party activities are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.

     

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related fieldMinimum of one year experience as proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the F&B sector.Highly data-driven & growth-oriented PersonFluent English SpeakerPrevious experience in Performance Marketing is preferred.
