- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide detailed information about available real estate projects.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick, satisfactory resolutions.
- Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions and analyze customer data.
- Maintain and update customer databases and follow up with potential leads.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and potential issues.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.Strong knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems for data management and customer interaction tracking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions.Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.Fluency in English is preferred.
