- Develop and manage detailed MEP shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and independently complete design calculation reports.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports, and release contractor/worker payments.
- Inspector review projects to monitor compliance with standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, including RFIs, submittals, and variation orders, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) when necessary.
- Research, design, and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes to meet requirements.
- Advise on the installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of MEP systems and equipment, such as pumps, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or water systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software, with specific experience in MEP systems.Strong understanding of engineering principles related to MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
