What You'll Do:

 * Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive CRM system tailored to KRS's needs, including managing property listings, tenant information, cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and financial data.

 * Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that our team will love to use.

 * Implement secure authentication and authorization to protect sensitive data.

 * Collaborate effectively with our team in Canada, requiring fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Must-Have Skills:

 * Python Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.

 * Frontend Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

 * Database Design: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.

 * DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and remote collaboration tools.

 * Exceptional English: Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential for daily interaction with our team.

Selection Process:
