Key Responsibilities

• Tender Preparation: Review, prepare, and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, coordinating with relevant departments to gather essential data for material, labor, and time requirements.
• Bid Strategy: Assist in formulating competitive bid strategies in alignment with company objectives, market trends, and client needs.
• Technical and Commercial Analysis: Evaluate the technical and commercial aspects of tenders, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project scopes, clarify requirements, and address technical queries in a timely manner.
• Documentation and Submission: Prepare, review, and submit all required tender documentation, including technical proposals, price schedules, and compliance statements, adhering to deadlines.
• Post-Tender Evaluation: Conduct debriefing sessions for won/lost tenders, analyzing performance to improve future bids and refining tendering processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate and well-supported tenders.
