Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars and schedules.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and proper handling.
  • Manage bookings for meeting rooms and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Bachelor's degree in administration field or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.Proven 3:5 years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.Must have a professional and representative appearance, acting as the front desk of the company.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Hands-on experience with office equipment (Telephone switch system, fax machines, and printers).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle a busy environment.Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.Fluency in English and additional languages are an advantage.
