• Prepare quantity take-offs for construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Analyze drawings and identify quantities of materials and labor
• Create bills of quantities that are accurate, detailed, and easy to understand
• Resolve take-off-related issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Carry out technical review including specifications, drawings and other tender documents
• prepare the commercial & technical submittals and proposals during tender and assist contracts assumptions.
