Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced **Partnership Executive in B2B Sales** who will be instrumental in expanding Welmnt’s impact by creating strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in end-to-end B2B sales, particularly in the education sector. You will be responsible for driving the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing partnerships, with a focus on international schools that value mental health education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales from A to Z: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy, managing the full cycle of the partnership process from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with educational stakeholders and decision-makers in local and international schools, showcasing the value of Welmnt’s mental health solutions.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify key market opportunities within the K-12 education sector, with a specific emphasis on international schools, and develop tailored approaches for engaging these audiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and educational content teams to ensure our offerings align with school needs and to communicate valuable market feedback.
- Client Success Management: Ensure new school partnerships are seamlessly onboarded, and collaborate with the support team to maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement with our platform.
