Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality candidates for a variety of positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, both for technical and non-technical roles.
- Assessment: Administer skills assessments and reference checks as needed to ensure candidates meet the required standards.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to effectively advise hiring managers and adapt recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably with a mix of technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (e.g., software development, IT, engineering) as well as non-technical positions (e.g., marketing, sales, administration).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
