- Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Communicate and follow up with governmental entities(Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
- Good Knowledge of Labor office & Social Insurance offices procedures and transactions.
- Monitor employee attendance
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Handling employees' Leaves based on labor law & keeping an updated employee's leave balance on a daily basis.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Receives and processes personnel forms.
Males are preferred.BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Certificates will be a plus.Good command of EnglishGood organizational and time management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.Strong ability in using MS Office.
