Operation Specialist

Responsibilities
 Manage day-to-day operations.
 Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across the board.
 Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining
quality standards.
 Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
 Interact with customers if needed, answer questions, and resolve issues.
 Track and report operational performance.
 Analyze the business needs and develop an improvement plan
 Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to
performance.
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.

 Help with the onboarding process
 Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed


Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
