The Administrative Staff will handle daily administrative tasks and provide support to both staff and students. This role requires exceptional English communication skills and the ability to assist with sales-related inquiries and processes. The Administrative Staff will act as a key liaison between students, parents, and instructors, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer service. In addition, this role will support the branch in promoting course enrollment and handling customer inquiries with a focus on converting leads into registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage front-desk operations, including greeting students and parents, handling inquiries, and providing information about courses and services.
- Maintain student records, registration data, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in organizing schedules for instructors and classes, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist students and parents with the registration process, providing guidance on courses and schedules.
- Handle complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
Sales & Enrollment:
- Assist potential students and parents in understanding Digital School by Berlitz’s programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Convert inquiries into course registrations through effective communication and persuasion.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by following up on leads, conducting calls, and providing information to prospective customers.
Communication:
- Serve as a key point of communication between the branch manager, instructors, and students.
- Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests.
- Ensure that all communications, whether written or verbal, meet Digital School by Berlitz’s high standards for clarity and professionalism.
Data Entry & Reporting:
- Manage and update databases for student registrations, class schedules, and instructor
availability. - Assist in generating reports on enrollment, sales performance, and administrative operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in converting leads into sales.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRMsystems is a plus.
