Creative Reels / Content Creator

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Reels Creator & Creative Content Strategist with a strong understanding of branding and social media strategy. This role will be responsible for not only producing engaging, on-trend Reels and short-form video content but also developing and implementing a cohesive branding strategy across social media. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of blending visual storytelling with brand objectives to increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a branding strategy across social media platforms to enhance brand recognition, audience engagement, and loyalty.
  • Create, edit, and publish visually compelling Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content that aligns with brand strategy and goals.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that resonate with target audiences, incorporate current trends, and communicate brand messaging effectively.
  • Work with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visuals across all content.
  • Conduct on-site and mobile video shoots, including lighting and framing setup, to capture high-quality, authentic footage.
  • Edit and optimize videos, adding effects, captions, and graphics to enhance engagement and align with platform best practices.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and social media insights to refine content strategy, identify trends, and maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor evolving social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep the brand’s content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Proven experience in creating social media content, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.Experience in developing and applying branding strategies across social media.Proficiency in video editing software, mobile editing tools, and AI tools (such as  InShot, CapCut, mid-journey, canva..etc.).Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and familiarity with trends and algorithm changes.Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, filming, and editing skills to produce visually engaging content.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, adapting content to reflect brand goals and audience needs.Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit to work within a dynamic team environment.
