We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:+3 of Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.Familiarity with development and implementation of IOT enterprises and smart city solutions is a plus, such as parking management and guidance solutions, access control and identification management, in-depth footfall analysis, and RFID tracking systems. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related discipline. Female only.
