Job Summary:
the Registration Coordinator manages student medical insurance, clearance forms, and equivalence certificate documentation, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records. ensure compliance with ministry requirements and handle the processing of student's documents.
Job responsibilities:
· Handle the medical insurance process for students.
· Manage clearance forms for students graduating and withdrawing.
· Prepare the required documents each semester for equivalence certificates.
· Maintain and update physical student files for effective records management.
· Review and process student records and requested documents, such as enrollment and training letters, and other related materials.
· Utilize student information systems to ensure registration records are accurate and up-to-date.
· Verify that the ministry’s requirement sheets are reviewed each semester to ensure the correct inclusion of nationality, Arabic name, and ID number
· Handle Scholarship contract with the registration team.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree.· Preferably experience in student services or academic advising within a higher education setting.· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse student populations.· Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office applications.· Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing registration processes.· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
