- Develop & execute innovative strategies for customer acquisition & retention.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Day-to-day requirements of communications planning working closely with CEO and CCO.
- Develop a digital content plan that will increase web traffic, convert sales, increase brand loyalty, and customer engagement.
- Manage our digital marketing channels and execute social media and online campaigns.
- Apply a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives, setting goals, and generating monthly KPI reports.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, allocated service quotas, and targeted audience.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Leadership experience.Digital mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity for InnovationSign of “excellence”, in whatever field you set your mind to, be it academics or professional.Fluent in English.Previous experience in GULF area.Aware of different Omni channels such as tiktok, snapchat, instagram, etc.
