Call Center Agent

  • Providing individualized/customized sales presentations of high-standard professional level for customers over the phone.
  • Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
  • Updating the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Conduct consumer prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solutions.
  • Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed.
  • Develop solid working relationships with the Language Center director(s) to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities.
  • Complete sales reports as needed to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, consumer prospect end-user interviews, and sales.
  • Facilitate the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
  • Responsible for company pages on social media, responding to clients and collecting relevant data for related reports.

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM OR 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (Rotational)

Bachelor Degree in any field.Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications.Very good command of written & spoken English (Berlitz® Proficiency Level 5).Minimum 1 year working at a call center experienceHas Sales Background (a plus).Excellent presentation skills.Customer Oriented.Positive Attitude.Creative thinking.
