HR payroll Specialist (HR System)

  • Responsible for entering and updating all data related to HR department on the HR System.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data on the HR system, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
  • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips on HR System. 
  • Receive, review and enter the overtime and KPI’s sheets on HR System.
  • Assist in keeping employees hiring documents completed.
  • Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
  • Manage & update employee’s status on the HR System.
  • Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….).
  • Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider.
  • Managing personnel records and ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handling employee relations, including resolving issues and conflicts.

Proficiency in HR System software, including ERP Systems for HR. Experience in dealing with a large data and numbers of employees. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.Experience from one to three years.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Age between 25 to 30 years.
