Develop a plan for the service center to achieve monthly goals of sales and customer satisfaction
Holding regular meetings with the work team to improve the center’s performance
Discussing the reports submitted by the workshop and reception team to measure the center’s performance and the possibility of developing it
Guiding the workshop and reception team and providing support to them
Directing the actual performance within the center to measure the effectiveness of the established development plan and the impact of its implementation
Solve problems that hinder the flow of work within the service center
Presenting the reports submitted from the workshop and reception to after sales director to discuss the possibility of providing the center’s needs and developing it
Solve customer problems within the service center
Communicate with equipment suppliers
Coordination and follow-up with the customer service department to resolve customer complaints related to the service center
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive-Mechanical)At least 7 years of experience in the field (reception - workshop)Proficiency in spoken and written English languageProficiency in using Microsoft Office
