· Cooperating with the sales team to develop reach strategies to achieve sales goals through market visits, field training for sales representatives, and participation in sales team meetings .
· Tracking the sales objectives progress and monitoring KPIs.
· Follow up on sales activities in the market and identify sales team needs.
· Identify potential customers and proactively search for opportunities in the market.
· Staying up to date on market trends, competition and industry updates.
· Participate regular meetings and organizing communications between current & potential customers and sales team.
· Providing regular reports of sales activities and results to the direct manager.
· Design rewards and encouragement program for the sales team in coordination with HR team and participating in setting sales KPIs to support goals and plans.
Bachelor degree, with 5 – 7 years’ experience in FMCG (not a must but preferred).Flexibility and willingness to work inside markets on the ground.Strong Analytical skills.Excellent MS Office knowledge.
