Trade Marketing Manager (P&G Account)

In store excellence and distribution channel optimization:

  • Coordinate with sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of trade marketing plans at the point of sale.
  • Analyze and recommend brands/channel combination to maximize sell out and profitability.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets efficiency, allocating resources to high impact initiative.
  • Analyze sell out performance and provide recommendations and action plan to drive profitability and market share.

Market Knowledge and distributor collaboration:

  • Visit frequently the trade and conduct market analysis in collaboration with the sales teams to identify opportunity for revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, shopper behavior.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and local retail partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-informed about marketing strategies and equipped to promote products effectively.

 At least 10 years of experience in in customer management, shopper marketing, trade marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
