The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to drive our business forward.
Talent Sourcing and Attraction
- Proactively source and attract top talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Screening and Interviewing
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate and support the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and skills necessary for open roles.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, preparing offer letters and coordinating with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year of experince being a talent aquistion specialist.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
