Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Address employee inquiries and support employee relations.
- Assist in performance management and appraisals.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an experienced manufacturing - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office suite. - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
