1. Monitor and control projects resources, timelines, Sales Value, and costs, ensuring alignment with the overall projects budget and Quality.
2. Develop and execute detailed project plans, closely monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
3. Utilize project management principles, methods, and techniques to effectively guide project activities from initiation through completion.
4. Analyze project scope, milestones, and deliverables to create Budget, timelines and schedules aligned with project goals.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules using relevant planning software.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including projects managers and site engineers and supply chain to gather projects requirements and deliverables, plan and sequence activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
7. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
8. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
9. Verify subcontractors and suppliers’ invoices as per Purchase Orders and SOW
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Support the change control process, establishing the necessary forms, logs and expediting methods.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline • 4 to 7 years of experience.• PMP certificate is preferred.• Excellent knowledge with software’s Primavera & Microsoft projects. • Knowledge of Scheduling, Control Tools for Mega Projects • Work in accordance to complicated technical instructions• Ability to provides the technical directions, Solutions • Ability to the usage of cost reduction/ saving tools & techniques to be applied in our Business.• Ability to the usage of financial modeling to be applied in our projects.• Excellent experience in Prima Vera Software• By dates Claims analysis experience. • Advanced Excel Knowledge is Mandatory.• Tilos Planning Software is an advantage.• Main Contractor Experience
