Main Tasks:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of all furniture products.
- Actively promote and sell furniture products, achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about features and advantages.
- Assist customers with order placement, including processing sales transactions and managing customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Arrange and display furniture products effectively to enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.Previous experience from 2 to 3 years in furniture retail sales or home goods industry.Showroom and Sales skills in furniture industry is a must.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitudeThe ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interestsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service and negotiation expertise.
