Sales Manager (Biotechnology)

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Sales Revenues/Budgets: Meet/Exceed sales targets. Increasing sales by actively selling to end users. Supporting sales representatives and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues.
  • Planning/Forecasting: To be accountable for their business for planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts.
  • Business/Markets: Drive and initiate the development of new business opportunities and references. Increase the number of strategic partnerships.
  • Information systems: Utilize the CRM database  provided by the company
  • Communication: Organization of meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.

Bachelor Degree in Science / MedicineMin. 7 years experience in the same field (Molecular lab. products)Perfect English (written/spoken) is a mustExcellent communication skills at all business levelsperfect Managerial and leadership skills
