Construction Team Leader

  • Report work progress and budget matters to direct manager.
  • Select, evaluates the performance, schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure all works executed according to  specification and contract condition
  • Respond to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations.
  • Manage subcontractor’s invoices and check their quantities and percentage of work progress
  • Responsible for all site records .in his zone.
  • Participates with technical office team to prepare V.O’s &Claims.
  • Specifying the activities done by each of staff member and reflecting this on the project time schedule
  • Submits a weekly report and approve daily report before submit it to consultant.
  • Attending the initial delivery with a committee meeting and taking a very quick response towards committee statements as per any modifications.
  • Determine the needed quality records for filing and assigning this responsibility
  • Execute the zone within the planned time, cost and quality.  

Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Arch Engineering.8-10 years of experience in the same position.A construction background is a Must.Strong relationship building.Strong Leadership & Management SkillsPMP Certificate will be a plus
