About the Role
As a Telesales Agent at Horeca Smart, you’ll be on the front lines, connecting with potential clients and helping them access the products they need. You’ll engage with restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement teams to showcase our product range and ensure they have a reliable partner in Horeca Smart.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients in the HORECA sector and introduce them to Horeca Smart’s products and services.
- Understand client needs, suggest tailored product solutions, and provide comprehensive information to drive successful sales.
- Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining a positive rapport with existing ones.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for each client.
- Track and update sales data in CRM software to maintain accurate client records.

Previous telesales or customer service experience, especially in the FMCG or HORECA sectors.Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to present solutions persuasively.A proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing customized product recommendations.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel (Odoo experience is a plus).Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
