- Assisting in daily supervision of administrative tasks.
- Participating in developing effective plans for all operational procedures related to the medical services department.
- Participating in supervising and monitoring the performance of department managers and administrators.
- Assisting in the ongoing training of department managers.
- Regularly visiting departmental areas and preparing reports on periodic visits.
- Following up on the receipt of daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all departments under the administration and discussing them with the department manager.
- Providing regular reports to the department manager.
- Participating in developing the strategy for the medical services department across all its divisions to enhance their efficiency in collaboration with the department manager.
- Supervising the delivery of services to patients with high quality and in a timely manner within the department.
- Assisting in monitoring and overseeing all current and future Mersal projects.
- Ensuring the workflow within the department adheres to the institution's standards and policies.
- Supervising the implementation of infection control policies and ensuring compliance with these policies.
