- Monitor and coordinate the execution of production plan
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Manage and direct the production engineers and section heads
- Review any obstacles, Analyzing, and take the needed and corrective action
- Ensure implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
- Coordinate with Planning, Technical office and Continuous improvement departments
- Cooperate with Factory Management and Sales departments to finalize the production process within the estimated times
- Ensure effective usage of raw materials
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Review and prepare the periodical requested reports to the factory manager
- Suggest and implement approved improvement projects
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Industrial Engineering Departments).Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing, (Preferred to be in Formworks & Scaffolding, Racking Systems, shop fittings products).Proficient in the usage of Office and AutoCAD software.Fluent in English.Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsStrong practical background & certified in Lean manufacturing and 5S principles is a must.Strong leadership and team management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
