We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to join our Research and Advisory Department in Heliopolis, Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive feasibility studies and preparing in-depth market research reports to support the development and advisory of real estate projects. This role requires a solid foundation in financial analysis, the ability to interpret complex data, and the skills to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial and market analysis, preferably in real estate.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, data analysis tools, and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
