Guest Relations Officer

  •  Job Summary:
    Collecting all voice of customer and report it to the hospital management.
  •  Responsibilities & Duties:
    - Addressing all patients concerns and complaints.
    - Collecting the patient feedback through the IPD discharge surveys.
    - Collecting the patient feedback through OUT patient surveys.
    - In charge of doing the post discharge curtesy calls.
    - Oversee all high profile patients requirement during a daily round.
    - Collaborate with other service providers for fulfill the patients’ requirements.
     

Education: University degree relevant to the job. Certification: Guest relations essential skills - Problem Solving - Communication skills - Working under pressure.Skills:- Have the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and work as part of a team.- Team leader- Preferred to have excellent knowledge of Computer Office.- Microsoft Office (Word – Excel ).- Good Knowledge of English Language (Writing – Speaking - Listening).
