Conduct regular visits to various sites.
• Facilitate all business requirements with decisive feedback and provide alternatives.
• Partner with recruitment and onboarding, off-boarding, OD, L&D, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Execute the full cycle of engagement survey design, development, implementation, and analysis in accordance with the HR strategy.
• Handle workplace complaints and grievances and trigger escalations in accordance with labor law
policies.
• Execute exit interviews in full process and provide findings and suggestions to decrease the high potential turnover rate.
• Handle the talent review processes, challenging and providing input to their line managers decisions.
• Oversee projects that further enhance the employee and customer/shareholder experience.
Participate in people rewards and recognition activities design, development and facilitation.
• Foster positive employee relations by providing timely solutions and services to address employee needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement online recruitment campaigns to effectively promote job openings and career advancement
• Drive the development and enhancement of the employee handbook and HR policies to ensure
alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
• Develop and generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Conducts bi-weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Responsible for recruitment, promotions, and internal transfers.
• Maintain manpower plan and organization charts & all recruitment are within the annual manpower plan
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure training objectives are met.
Educational background, Skills and Experience required:• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Master’s Degree preferred• Work Experience, 3-5 years of experience in HR.• Leadership .• Analytical Skills• Problem-Solving• interpersonal Skills.• Project Management• Employee Relations• Talent Management• Performance Management• Compensation and Benefits: Knowledge and experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
