Job Description:
Dar Real Estate Company is seeking a skilled and professional Secretary and Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, as well as greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting and assisting visitors
Managing correspondence
Preparing reports
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Resident of Nasr city or nearby areas is preferred
Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday: Off
