- Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects modifications.
- Performs job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
- Design a comprehensive job description(s) and make regular updates.
- Effectively contributes to the restructuring process.
- Participates in Performance Management Process by reviewing the systematic application continuously throughout the year, following up on the results with all departments, provides support to system users, collect data, verify results, and prepare performance reports.
- Assists in applying and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
- Performs annual employees' satisfaction survey.
- Participate to the learning and development initiatives and TNA.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Assist in the design and development of training programs, including workshops, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging materials, and managing registration.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
- Organize and manage orientation program for all new hires.
- Propose different ideas for better retention programs.
Bachelor's degree from a relevant major.HR Certification is a must.4 to 7 years’ experience in Talent Management & OD is a must.Excellent command of English language (written & spoken).Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Package).Reporting & analyzing skills.Teamwork & positive attitude.Proven experience as supervisor or relevant roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
