Social Media Moderator

Main Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Social Media:
1.Respond to all emails and complaints within the targeted time frame on all social media platforms.
2. Interact positively by resolving complaints sent directly to all relevant departments.
3. Send accurate guidance information about products or any company-specific information to customers.
4. Supervise and monitor marketing content daily.
5.Supervise and monitor all marketing content daily, comments, and posts containing the company's name on all social media platforms to ensure compliance with ethical standards and company policies.
6. Review the promotional activities plan with the marketing department before displaying the content.

• Comments and Complaints Management:
7.Monitor negative comments and resolve issues or raise them to the relevant parties within the company.
Suggest developing complaint handling procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Reports:
8. Analyze and report on social media performance and provide data-based suggestions to improve content.


Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.Excellent communication skills.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability.Fluency in English is a must.
