- Responsible for conducting all of the required testing related to product quality.
- Develop test procedures that can enhance the quality lab system.
- Monitor and control lab consumables, ensuring that items are within the safety stock.
- Reviews all laboratory equipment to ensure performance, safety and statutory and regulatory compliance. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Writing technical report of the test results, conduct external testing if needed.
- Responsible for proper planning and scheduling for Laboratory Instrument Services including maintenance, repair, commissioning, validation and calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to the food safety team
