Job Summary:
As the Community Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with Soil's mission and values. You will work to establish connections with local businesses, artists, non-profits, and other community organizations to create mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance our co-working environment and support our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with local businesses, artists, and community organizations to enhance Soil’s offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support for joint initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Organize and promote community events, workshops, and activities that engage members and foster collaboration among partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and community teams to promote partnerships and enhance visibility for both Soil and our partners.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback from partners and members to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Track partnership activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management on the status and success of community initiatives.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as an ambassador for Soil in the community, representing the organization at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Community engagement: Have building tenant relationship as part of the scope.
- Data and feedback: Monitor community satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and data collection to inform marketing strategies and enhance overall community engagement.
- Marketing Activity Co-ordination: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities such as social media campaigns, content creation, and promotions.
Ensure that marketing initiatives reflect the values of Soil Spaces and resonate with the community.
Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in community outreach, partnership development, or a related field, preferably in a non-profit or co-working environment.Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, able to navigate challenges and identify opportunities for collaboration.
