· Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of visually compelling and engaging digital content for Alghad TV.
- Develop innovative digital campaigns aligned with the channel's brand and editorial strategy
- Manage a team of designers and video editors with digital content creators.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and messaging across all Alghad TV digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital trends and best practices in news storytelling.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts for Alghad TV digital platforms (website, mobile app, social media).
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate news stories into engaging visual formats.
- Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for various digital channels.
- Manage digital design projects from concept to completion.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
· Proven experience in digital creative leadership, preferably in a news entratinment environment and Media Channels.· Strong understanding of digital design principles and emerging technologies.· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
